The product was made by the coated sand casting technology (thermal method). Including various no-lead bronze such as C89833,C83600, normal brass such as CC770S,C69300 and so on.

Advantage : Compare with the traditional sand casting, the model is accurate and stable. It has ability to produce some complex shapes products.

Equipment : We have a large specification core shooter, can be cast up to 100kg; And we  have a complete casting line.

Process: Coated sand molding - Assembling - Pouring - Cleaning - Cutting and Grinding - Shot blasting.
